Crash Alarm has those long, beautifully twisty horns along with a gorgeous hide, outstanding conformation and a great udder. Her pedigree contains some of the all time great bulls in the industry. Easterly's Patty Cake Patty Cake was purchased at the 2011 Horn Showcase Sale. Her horns are picture perfect in length and shape. She is out of an Emperor daugther by a Butler blend sire. KC Krissy We acquired Krissy from Kent and Christine Bladen in Utah back in 2007. She comes with a strong pedigree - sired by Roundup and out of a The Shadow daughter. Her horns are growing the right way, flat and twisty with a solid base.Her 2008 heifer by Crown's Smoke Jumper is one of the best females we ever raised at our ranch. KC Pompom KC Pompom is a JR Premium daughter and out of a cow that goes back to Gunman three times. She is a stunning red roan with good horns and great conformation. Her 2007 heifer - Snowflake - is a big horned beauty and a great producer herself. All three of Pom Pom's bull calves sold as herd sires. Shelter From The Storm A King of Clubs daughter out of the great JR Joyful (68" TTT) who already has two 70" daughters. This colorful cow is very tall and has flat, twisty horns that are just shy of the 60" tip to tip mark. She had a pretty PCC Evade 22 heifer in August 2010 and a stout bull by Fey's Rio Casino in July 2011. Exposed to Rio Casino until 9/10/11, then to Crown's Smoke Jumper for a Summer 2012 calf. Pacific Sunday We acquired Pacific Sunday at the Rocky Mt. Select Sale 2008. She is by MVP (by Grand Slam and Delta Pia) and her dam is over 65" tip to tip. Sunday has beautiful deep red color and a lot of horn. She is also a great milker and raises big calves. We kept her 2008 bull as a trophy steer. Her 2011 heifer calf by Crown's Smoke Jumper is another proof how good of a producer Sunday is. Same service sire in 2011. More info...
FL Snowflake FL Snowflake is by Hunt's Duplicate Copy (by Hunt's Command Respect) and out of a JR Premium daughter with lots of Gunman in her genetic background. Her horns are simply beautiful and Snowflake is also a very good producer. Her 2009 Rodeo Max heifer (Jolene Max) is a standout as well as her 2010 bull by Crown's Smoke Jumper. Booming April This roan Boomeriffic daughter has a ton of flat horn, measuring 57.5" tip to tip at 36 months!! We purchased her from Broken Wagon Cattle Co. in Utah as a yearling heifer. She had a bull calf by our JP Rio Grande son - Fey's Rio Casino - in 2010 and is bred back the same way for an early Fall 2011 calf. Beautiful heifer calf at side that will roan out with age. Fey's Smoky Seneca Another very good heifer by Crown's Smoke Jumper and a Gunman daughter. Combinining these bloodlines has worked very well for us. Smoky Seneca is a full sister to FL Harmony that we sold at the 2009 Rocky Mt. Select Sale. She had a beautiful dark chocolate colored heifer by Rodeo Max ST in 2010 and a pretty heifer by a heavy horned Peacemaker son in 2011. More info...
7-11 Sweet Thing We purchased this beautiful brindle heifer from 7-11 Ranch at the 2009 West Coast Texas Longhorn Sale. She goes back to Gunman and The Shadow on her sire's side. Sweet Thing has a name that suits her very well - she is tamer than a house cat. She had a very stout bull calf by Rio Casino in the Spring of 2011 and is bred to Crown's Smoke Jumper for a Spring 2012 calf. More info...
TCR Hot Zhi-Blues Hot Zhi-Blues is a very fancy heifer with lots of color and great conformation. Her horns are heavy (12.75" base) and long (55.75 tip to tip) at 35 months! She also has an interesting pedigree with well-known sires like American Blues, Zhivago, Rebel Red and Roundup. Her first calf is a good looking bull by Rio Casino that we are keeping for a while to watch him grow. She is bred back to Casino for a Spring 2012 calf. More info...
JH Cona We purchased Cona as a two-year old heifer from Justin Hansen because we love her pedigree and had good luck with these genetics before. Her dam - Mazue's Fancy - is a stunning, solid black VJ Tommie daughter and sold for $7,200 at the 2011 West Coast Sale . With Coach son Jim Chex on top Cona is heavily Butler bred, but has very good size. Her match up with Fey's Rio Casino produced a very pretty, chocolate colored heifer calf. VV Sage Witch Sage Witch is a beautiful mahogany colored heifer with flat twisty horn by a Hunts Command Respect son and a 66" TTT daugher of Ace's Witch Doctor. Angelina bought this very nice, correct heifer with lots of eye appeal at the 2010 Midwest Sale in Kansas. Sage Witch had a black heifer by LC Bladen in October 2010 and is bred to Crown's Smoke Jumper for a Spring 2012 calf. More info...
